Chocolate is a Patina Leather. It is designed to wear and age with wear, like vintage denim. Any small scratches will absorb into the leather overtime, this process can be expedited by dabbing any small marks on the leather with water.
Our team will review your request within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday). Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the entire refund process will be completed within 7 business days. This includes our internal processing time and the time required for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
